The Hochu.ua website shared a proven recipe for lard salted with hot pepper, Sports.kz reports.

“The old-fashioned method: every piece of such lard will be a real treasure,” is the title of the material.

The pickling recipe is as simple as possible. It was shared on the Pixelinform portal.

Ingredients:

– Salo;

– Salt;

– Garlic;

— Hot pepper;

— Bay leaves.

Cooking method:

1. First, cut the main product into small pieces. But don’t make them too small – just cut the lard so that it fits in the jar without any problems.

2. Prepare the garlic. The clove should be peeled and cut into slices. We make small cuts in the lard and insert pieces of garlic into them.

3. Then rub the lard with salt and red hot pepper. You can add grated garlic here.

4. Transfer the lard into jars, at the bottom of which we place bay leaves….
