Zalgas beat Welshman Aaron Eby in a bloody slugfest in dominant fashion and won by decision. Immediately after the fight, Zhumagulov asked for a challenge to the current flyweight champion of the promotion, Sam Creasy, right in the octagon.
The Republican Internet portal Sports.kz is convinced that Zhumagulov will almost certainly get a title chance in his next fight, and there are good reasons for this.
The main one is the number of Oktagon fighters in the flyweight division. With the Kazakh newcomer there are only 4 (!). And no, this is not a joke.
