“Dynamo” and “Shakhtar” learned the opponents in the playoffs of the UEFA Youth League

On Friday, December 20, the draw for the 1/16 finals of the UEFA Youth League took place in Nyon, Switzerland. Ukrainian clubs also found out their opponents in the playoffs – “Dynamo” and “Miner”.

In the 1/16 finals of the tournament, the Kyiv team will compete with the Italian “Atalanta”, and the Donetsk team will meet with the German “Hoffenheim”.

Note that this stage consists of one match. The matches will take place on February 11 or 12, 2025.

The winners of the 1/16 finals will advance to the 1/8 finals. “Dynamo” will play its match at its nominal home arena, while “Shakhtar” will play away.

Previously, the “miners” took 14th place in the overall standings of the Champions League Road, and the “white and blue” passed “Maribor” (Slovenia) and “2 Korrika” (Kosovo), making their way to the 1/16 finals through the Champions League.
