On the air of the author’s program “Doctor Myasnikov” on the “Russia 1” channel, the doctor noted that water is found in ordinary food – dumplings, bread, soup, pasta, salads. Due to this, a person receives approximately 800 ml of fluid per day.
About 400 ml more are formed in the body as a result of biochemical processes. It turns out that a person needs to drink about 500 milliliters of liquid without fail. This includes tea, coffee, and soup.
To quench your thirst, it is best to drink clean water. Any other drinks contain sugar, and therefore provoke a feeling of thirst.
