Jim is in the top 10: the results of the women's pursuit race at the Biathlon World Cup in Annecy
Yuliya Jima was the best among Ukrainian women in pursuit.
On Saturday, December 21, the third stage Biathlon World Cup-2024/25 in Annecy-Le-Grand-Bornand, France, the women's pursuit race continued.
Ukraine was represented in it by three biathletes – Julia Jima (fourth starting position according to the results sprint), as well as Khrystyna Dmytrenko and Oleksandr Merkushinwho started the race 22nd and 48th respectively.
The best among Ukrainian women according to the results of the pursuit was Jima, who finished eighth. Dmytrenko, who took 17th place, also made it to the qualifying zone. Merkushina became the 48th without scoring points.
The German Franziska Preuss, who started from the second position, won the pursuit race. The second step was taken by the Frenchwoman Julia Simon, and the German Vanessa Voigt rounded out the top three medalists.
