Ukrzaliznytsia has updated railway tickets – what has changed – Ukraine


“Ukrzaliznytsia” removed the text in Russian from the tickets – the text in Ukrainian and English remained.

Ukrzaliznytsia train tickets no longer have dubbing in Russian.

Deputy Minister of Community and Territorial Development Timur Tkachenko stated this.

From now on, information on travel documents will be duplicated in Ukrainian and English. In addition, document forms were approved for printing in self-service terminals, which allows for the introduction of new services for passengers on railway transport.

Tkachenko calls this decision “an important step in the framework of European integration.”
