Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico made a statement after meeting with Russian dictator Putin.
Fico wrote on social networks that he allegedly warned the leaders of the European Union in advance about his visit to the Kremlin and tried to justify it by Ukraine’s reluctance to continue the transit of Russian gas.
“In a long conversation with Putin, we exchanged views on what is happening in Ukraine, on the military situation in Ukraine, the possibility of a speedy peaceful end to the war and on relations between Slovakia and the Russian Federation,” the Slovak politician detailed.
