Khmelnytskyi was attacked by kamikaze drones at night
Air defense forces shot down the drones, but the strike damaged the enterprise and private property.
In the Khmelnytsky region on the night of December 23, the air defense forces of Ukraine destroyed five enemy drones of the “Shahed” type.
This was announced by the head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional State Administration, Serhii Tyurin.
It became known that the equipment of one of the local enterprises was damaged as a result of the attack. One person was injured, but his state of health is assessed as satisfactory.
Damage to windows in private houses and a car was also recorded.
“We thank our Armed Forces of Ukraine for their courage and efficiency in protecting the civilian population,” Serhiy Tyurin said.
He called on citizens to follow safety rules during alarms and stay in shelters until the danger is over.
