The lawyer advises to enlist the support of a lawyer in advance in order to protect yourself from illegal actions of the TCC and the joint venture.
Martial law is in force in Ukraine, and citizens of military age must adhere to military registration; in case of violation, they may be put on the wanted list of the TCC. Yaroslav Zvonenko, a lawyer in the military law practice at Prikhodko and Partners Law Firm, told RBC-Ukraine about the reasons why a man might be put on the wanted list and how to get rid of him quickly and easily.
Why might they put you on the wanted list?
