How to pass a re-examination for people with disabilities: new rules — Ukraine

From 2025, new rules for re-examination for people with disabilities will come into force. According to the updates, the assessment period has been extended, and some categories of persons are exempted from taking it.

This was reported in the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Do you need to undergo a re-examination?

For persons with indefinite disability status, re-evaluation is not mandatory. All rights and benefits remain valid, and documents do not need to be renewed if the disability has been established on a permanent basis. Re-evaluation is possible only at will or by court decision.
