The judges decided the outcome of the fight of the Asian boxing champion from Kazakhstan – Boxing/MMA

At the Kazakhstan Boxing Championship, a semi-final fight took place in the women's weight category up to 54 kilograms between Zhaina Shekerbekova (Shymkent) and Symbat Aliaskar (Zhambyl region), Sports.kz reports.

Shekerbekova won the first round with a score of 5:0, in the second segment the favorite’s advantage was not so noticeable – 3:2. After the decisive three minutes, the judges announced a verdict in favor of Zhaina. Thus, she reached the finals, and Symbat Aliaskar finished the tournament with a bronze medal.

It should be noted that Zhaina Shekerbekova is a two-time Asian champion, silver and bronze medalist at the World Championships, and also took silver at the 2014 Summer Asian Games.
