Christmas 2024 – the weather forecaster spoke about the weather in Ukraine and Europe – UNIAN
In most European countries, no precipitation is expected and temperatures will be above normal.
This year, mild weather with fairly high temperatures is expected in Ukraine and Europe for Christmas. Forecaster Igor Kibalchich spoke about this on the Meteoprog portal.
According to the forecaster, the weather in our country will be affected by the eastern ridge of the Gunther anticyclone, so in most areas the weather will be quite calm, without precipitation.
“The exception will be the Carpathian region, as well as the southern half of the country,” says Kibalchich.
Thus, according to his forecast, in western Ukraine on Christmas night there will be light snow and sleet in places, and during the day moderate snow is expected only in the Carpathians and the Carpathian region. There may be some wet snow sticking on the roads…
