The Armed Forces denied the encirclement of troops in the Vremivsk direction
The enemy is trying to bypass Novosilka from the eastern flank and even from the north. At the same time, the Defense Forces of Ukraine are carrying out stabilization measures.
The situation in the Vremiv region is difficult, the Russian army has been carrying out many assaults for several days in a row, but at the moment we cannot talk about a possible encirclement of Ukrainian troops.
Vladyslav Voloshyn, spokesman for the Southern Defense Forces, reported this in a comment to Ukrinform.
Voloshyn said that the enemy has been carrying out more than 40 assaults per day in the Vremivsk direction for several days in a row.
