Defense lawyer Artem Trekke said that he does not see any problems in this decision, given the complete absence of elements and events of the crime in the actions of the defendants, the absence of losses and the expiration of the deadlines for the pre-trial investigation. He recalled that it was HACS, including its appeal chamber and two different SAPO prosecutors who had already made decisions that upheld the prosecutor’s decision to close this case.
