The Third Assault Brigade released video evidence of war crimes committed by the Russian occupiers in the village of Nevske in the Luhansk region. The recording shows how Oleg Igorevich Rudakov, known by the nickname “Rudik”, gives criminal orders via radio communication.

As reported in the brigade, the video was removed from the phone of one of the Russian soldiers.
