Students studying at foreign universities can get the right to freely leave Ukraine thanks to a new draft law that is currently being developed. People's deputies are working on an initiative designed to facilitate the possibility of continuing education abroad even under martial law.

This was reported by the Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Human Rights, Ruslan Gorbenko, Ukrinform writes.

“We are preparing a draft law that will enable young people studying abroad to enter and leave Ukraine freely,” he said.
