The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted in favor of draft law No. 12066, which provides for the creation of a Unified Register of Servicemen. Currently, data on military personnel are stored in the “Oberig” registry or in separate personnel accounting systems.

Adopted law 4061-IX (draft law No. 12066) does not apply conscripts, and refers to servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and servicemen of the State Service of Special Transport.
