Two Shymkent athletes competed for the main award of the tournament: Zhaina Shekerbekova And Elina Bazarova. Shekerbekova celebrated the victory with a score of 5:0 after three rounds. She became the national champion, and Bazarova, in turn, took silver.
Note that Zhaina Shekerbekova is a two-time Asian champion and a three-time medalist at the World Championships among adults, while Elina Bazarova won gold at the World Youth Championships in 2022.
