“I am sincerely convinced that non-military personnel, even those who hold certain positions to which they have been temporarily delegated by the Ukrainian nation, have no moral right to criticize the Supreme Commander-in-Chief or the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” Fedorenko believes.
