Confirmation of unsuitability – the lawyer told how long documents can be considered by the IHC – UNIAN

Lawyer Dmitry Donchak explained how long military medical commissions (MMC) can consider documents confirming unfitness for military service.

He noted that according to clause 2.1. section 2 Regulations on the military medical commission, decisions of the Military Medical Commission are formalized by a certificate of illness, a certificate, and minutes of a meeting of the regular Military Medical Commission.
