A 20-year-old kickboxer was killed in Almaty Ali SerikaSports.kz reports with reference to Kaztag.kz.
“The Nauryzbay District Police Department has opened a criminal case into the murder of a 20-year-old man,” the press service of the Almaty Police Department responded.
The suspect was detained “in hot pursuit” and taken to a temporary detention center.
Police say there was an argument between the acquaintances, as a result of which one of them used a knife. The crime weapon was seized.
The Telegram channel “They’ve already come for us” reported that the deceased was kickboxer Ali Serik.
