Kazakh midfielder Andrey Ulshin signed a contract with Petropavlovsk “Kyzylzhar”Sports.kz reports with reference to Meta-ratings.kz.
The 24-year-old Kairat graduate played 23 matches in all tournaments last season as part of the Almaty club, scored four goals and contributed three assists.
