A plane en route to the Chechen Republic crashed in Kazakhstan.
On Wednesday, December 25, 2024, a passenger plane of Azerbaijan Airlines crashed in Kazakhstan – it fell on the territory of Aktau airport.
The aircraft was flying from Baku (Azerbaijan) to Grozny (Chechen Republic, Russian Federation), writes the local publication Orda.
It is also reported that shortly before the crash, the pilots sounded an alarm. The plane circled the airport several times before the crash, so emergency workers were already on the runway waiting for the moment of landing.
