Mobilization of people with disabilities from January 1, 2025
Forced mobilization of disabled people is impossible, but there is one caveat.
The Mobilization Law states that Ukrainian citizens who have legally received disability status cannot in any way be sent to the front as part of mobilization. Moreover, they have a deferment from service. However, due to the fact that the liquidation of MSEC has begun in Ukraine, special groups of experts will be created that will be able to confirm or cancel the status.
