Non-profit organizations will pay increased taxes from January 1, 2025: the law has been signed
It is this draft law that regulates tax payment norms after their historic increase.
FOP will pay increased taxes from January 1, 2025. Draft Law No. 9319 was signed by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi
This is stated on the official web portal of the Parliament of Ukraine.
The draft law was developed to simplify the taxation of Diya City residents and their specialists.
As the chairman of the committee, Danylo Hetmantsev, explained, the following norms were finalized for the second reading:
- cancellation of retroactive taxation;
- for taxpayers of the single tax, the military levy will be introduced from January 1, 2025;
- a rate of 1.5% will be applied to income based on the results of the annual declaration for 2024 (except for property transactions carried out in December 2024);
