The Kiev District Administrative Court issued a decision to open proceedings in an administrative case on a full verification of the declaration of Irpin deputy Alexander Pikulik.

“The public organization “For a Better Life Today” filed a claim against the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption with the Kiev District Administrative Court to recognize the inaction as unlawful and the obligation to take action,” the document notes. In particular, we are talking about the refusal of the NACP to respond to numerous requests from activists demanding that the declaration of deputy Alexander Pikulik be verified.
