The central office of the Russian Investigative Committee is asking Kirov investigators to speed up the investigation of the criminal case regarding the non-resettlement of a dilapidated house. The details were published by the department's information center.

On the reception page of the head of the Russian Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, on the social network, a Kirov resident for the second time complained to investigators about the progress of the resettlement of her emergency house on Lomonosov Street. The building was built in 1959 and declared unsafe in 2018. For six years people have been living in life-threatening conditions.

The department emphasized that there is already a court decision regarding the situation with the house. According to it, the city administration is obliged to seize the apartment of the applicant with two small children and provide them with new housing or pay compensation.
