Even before the inauguration, US President-elect Donald Trump can talk with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, says former deputy commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, ex-head of the strategic communications department of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Evgeniy Sasko. Also, in the near future, Russia will strengthen hybrid operations. He said this in an interview with Ukrainian radio.
