If Russia intends to occupy a bridgehead on the right bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson region, it needs the forces of several brigades for this.
This was stated by military expert Andriy Kharuk, “Kyiv 24” reports.
The expert draws such conclusions by analogy with the holding by Ukrainian forces of the bridgehead in Krynk.
“This bridgehead in Krynyky was held by several brigades on a rotating basis. It is the same here. The same forces will be needed, provided that they manage to gain a foothold and hold on – without attempts to expand,” Haruk says.
