From January 1, 2025, FOPs will pay increased taxes — Money

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, signed a law postponing the increase in taxes for individual entrepreneurs until January 1, 2025.

“Historical changes” for FOPs
Zelenskyi signed the law on the historic tax increase on November 28, and it entered into force the next day. The main changes concerned the rate of military service, income tax for banks and the introduction of monthly reporting.
On Wednesday, December 25, Zelenskyi signed a law regulating tax payment norms after their historic increase. It postpones the introduction of new tax changes for sole proprietorships until January 1, 2025, instead of the previously planned October 1, 2024…
