The video was published by the public of Dnipro. It is claimed that the incident took place there.
A man ran along the road and tried to stop a random car. Why he is covered in blood is currently unknown. It is currently unknown whether this is related to the mobilization and whether the bus belonged to the TCC. There is no official information about the incident yet.
