The willingness to support Ukraine until it wins, even if it means prolonging the war, has fallen sharply in Western European countries. According to The Guardian, a December YouGov poll conducted in France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Denmark and the UK showed that the intention to support Ukraine has declined over the past 12 months among the population of all seven countries.
