In Transcarpathia, ferrymen tried to transport two dodgers across the border, pretending to be members of a funeral cortege supposedly accompanying the body of a fallen soldier.
This was reported by the State Border Service.
“For $18,000, they planned to deliver men of draft age to the border. To deceive, they even hung a flag on the car,” the report says.
