Kirov residents pay 67.9 percent of their salaries for a mortgage – 59th among Russian regions

Experts have calculated what portion of the income of families from different regions of Russia is taken away by mortgage payments. A new rating for this parameter has been published on ria.ru.

According to analysts, in the Kirov region the ratio of the average mortgage payment to the typical salary of two local workers is 67.9 percent. According to this parameter, the region is ranked 59th in Russia. It is known that the average mortgage payment in the Kirov region is 63.5 thousand rubles, and the average loan size is exactly 3 million rubles.

The lowest percentage of mortgage costs is recorded among residents of Chukotka (28.8 percent of salaries), Nenets Autonomous Okrug (30.7 percent) and Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (32.1 percent).
