South Korean President Yoon Seok-yol said that he “does not rule out” direct arms supplies to Ukraine. He made this statement at a press conference on Thursday, Baron's writes with reference to AFP.
He noted that South Korean policy does not include supplying weapons to countries in conflict, but indicated that this could change as North Korea sends troops to Russia to participate in the war with Ukraine.
