Dmitry Pletenchuk told what happened to the Russian fleet during 2024.
The year 2024 was “quite painful” for the Russian fleet, said Dmitry Pletenchuk, a representative of the Naval Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. At the same time, he emphasized that the question is not even the number of damaged equipment, but the “results.”
On Hromadske Radio, Pletenchuk said that the events that have occurred and those that are still expected in the future – in the Black Sea – can be divided into several stages.
In 2024, according to him, as a result of multiple defeats, the Russian naval personnel were forced to leave Crimea. In addition, he left the Sea of Azov.
And also the Armed Forces of Ukraine were able to destroy the naval logistics of the invaders.
