The Bank of Russia shared information about Kirov illegal lenders and entities with signs of a pyramid. The warning is contained in a press release from the Kirov region branch of the Volga-Vyatka State Administration of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
From January to September 2024, the activities of 11 “black” lenders and two entities with signs of a financial pyramid were identified in the Kirov region. Most often, illegal lending in the region is carried out through thrift stores that offer loans secured by property. The Central Bank explained that only false pawnshops offer commission agreements, purchase and sale agreements or other documents instead of a pawn ticket.
