The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia ordered to initiate a case over another dilapidated house in the Kirov region. Details are provided in the telegram channel of the departmental information center.

According to the Russian Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin was asked to conduct an investigation into the violation of the rights of residents of a building on Pyatnitskaya Street in Kirov. The apartment building was built in 1930, and in 2025 it will celebrate its 95th anniversary.

However, local residents have no time for the holidays: communications are worn out, the basement is flooded, there is mold on the walls, rodents and insects under the floors. At the same time, the authorities do not recognize the 94-year-old building as unsafe, and residents’ appeals to all authorities remain to no avail. It is reported that Kirov investigators have begun an investigation.
