Summonses are primarily received by those who do not pay taxes – Shmyhal
As of today, 98% of sent out summonses, which are already formed through the “Oberig” registry, are sent to people who do not pay a single hryvnia of taxes.
The “fight or work” principle has already begun to operate: its essence is that conscripts who do not pay taxes receive summonses for mobilization through the “Oberig” system.
This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal at the Kyiv International Economic Forum.
The goal of this approach is to stimulate citizens to get official employment and pay taxes, which will contribute to replenishing the budget and strengthening defense capabilities.
