Since March 2023, he has been unauthorizedly changing data in the “Oberig” electronic database, falsely indicating unfitness for service for a reward of $4,000 to $7,000. This crime allowed evaders to go abroad. According to the investigation, the employee successfully “incapacitated” at least seven men.
The indictment was sent to the court, and the suspect was dismissed from his position and taken into custody.
