Fatal accident in Kyiv: a drunk driver was detained
The woman faces up to 12 years in prison.
On the night of December 28, during the curfew, a fatal accident involving a Tesla electric car occurred in the Solomyansk district of Kyiv.
This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv police.
The driver, being in a state of alcohol intoxication, lost control, drove off the roadway and ran into a concrete fence. The car overturned on its roof.
“As a result of the traffic accident, two passengers of the car – a 40-year-old man and a woman born in 1983, died on the spot. The driver of the car was in a state of alcohol intoxication – the Drager device showed 1.84 ppm,” the message reads.
