On December 28-29, the synoptic situation in Ukraine will be determined by an anticyclone, so even the wind will be weak or moderate. The air temperature will remain close to zero, with slight positive values.
Over the weekend, the temperature across the country will fluctuate between 0+4 degrees, although on the night of December 28 in the east of Ukraine and December 29 in the west, freezing temperatures from 0 to -3 degrees are possible.
