Ukrainians are surprised that the singer was born in Ukraine.
The Ukrainian segment of the Internet was surprised by an archival video where singer Alexander Serov, known for his pro-Russian position, performs a song in Ukrainian.
The video caused a mixed reaction, because Serov is a defendant in the Myrotvorets base for supporting the occupation of Crimea and illegal concert activities on the peninsula.
