Studying in Ukrainian universities should become more expensive

The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine proposes to create a system of co-financing the educational process.

Grants will lead to such unpopular measures as increasing the cost of education in higher education institutions, because a quality process should be expensive.

This was said by the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine, Mykhailo Vynnytskyi.

“I cannot imagine, as a teacher and as a person who understands a little about the financial part of university management, I do not understand how it is possible to prepare any higher education specialist for UAH 25,000. And we have institutions of higher education that offer such “, he said.

Vynnytskyi noted that such a price can only indicate “buying a diploma”.
