On Monday, November 11, in Kirov, a bathhouse located in the Comintern microdistrict, on Pavel Korchagin Street, 82B (near Kominternovskaya Square), was put up for sale. The one-story building is looking for a new owner, but the owner reports that the new owner will have the opportunity to add a second floor.
The total area of the premises is 720 square meters, and the ceiling height is 4 meters. The facility has an autonomous heating system, and the power grid is 150 kilowatts. For the sale of such property, the seller wants to gain 50 million rubles.
