Rental one-room apartments fell in price by 8 percent per month in Kirov on November 12

Experts continue to monitor the situation on the rental real estate market in different cities of Russia. The state of affairs in Kirov at the end of October is reported on the portal mirkvartir.ru.

Based on the results of the second autumn month, analysts noted contradictory trends. On the one hand, rent for three-room apartments in Kirov in October alone increased in price by 14.3 percent to 35.7 thousand rubles per month on average. On the other hand, renting a one-room apartment became 8.3 percent cheaper – 18.8 thousand rubles. The price of two-room apartments has remained almost unchanged – 27.1 thousand rubles.

However, in 2025, experts predict an increase in rental rates for all types of apartments in most Russian cities.
