The interlocutor of the publication said that on the morning of November 9, the head of the personnel group, Major Voevodin, was found wounded in the premises of the Pechersk TCC. According to preliminary information, he attempted suicide by shooting himself in the head with a pistol.
“The victim was urgently hospitalized at the Kyiv City Clinical Hospital No. 17 with a preliminary diagnosis of “gunshot bullet wound through the head, hemorrhagic shock”. He is in serious condition there,” the source said.
The circumstances and causes of the incident are being investigated by law enforcement officers.
