Oleksandr Fedienko criticized Ministry of Defense order No. 402, according to which people with serious medical problems are mobilized, which jeopardizes the effectiveness of mobilization.

Oleksandr Fedienko, a member of the Verkhovna Rada's Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, described the problems arising from the verification of enlisted personnel and deficiencies in the regulation of determining the degree of suitability for military service.
