Rostelecom has optimized its service for measuring data transfer speeds in high-bandwidth channels. The QMS service is a completely Russian solution developed by the Rostelecom team. With QMS, users can easily find out the real speed of their Internet connection.

The QMS functionality is based on proven algorithms that meet international standards such as Speedtest from Ookla. At the same time, QMS is included in the register of Russian software maintained by the Russian Ministry of Digital Development.
