The case of the death of a boy under the wheels of a drunken reckless driver in Podosinovets was brought to court

In the Kirov region, proceedings continue in the case of the death of a teenager under the wheels of a car driven by a drunk driver. The investigation was completed by the Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for the region.

As it became known, investigators have completed establishing the circumstances of the terrible tragedy that claimed the life of a 14-year-old boy in the Podosinovsky district in June 2024. The evidence base has been collected. The accused admitted guilt. The case has been sent to court for consideration.

Let us remind you that on the evening of June 21, in the village of Podosinovets, a drunk 54-year-old man driving an Audi A6 at high speed demolished a 14-year-old schoolboy who was crossing the road at a pedestrian crossing. The boy was thrown several tens of meters from the impact and received fatal injuries. The culprit of the accident disappeared and was quickly found.
